If you're looking for a dining experience that combines decadence, deliciousness, and a little bit of sparkle, Eddie V's is where it's at. My evening started with the Hope Diamond drink, which was as glittery and fabulous as it sounds. If the Hope Diamond were a cocktail, this would be it--smooth, sophisticated, and with just the right amount of sparkle to make you feel like royalty. Then came the crab cake. Oh, the crab cake. It's the kind of dish that makes you wonder if you've been eating crab cakes wrong your whole life. Succulent, perfectly seasoned, and oh-so-tender, it was a true seafood masterpiece. I was tempted to ask for the recipe, but I figured it might be one of those secrets they keep under lock and key. Next up were the 4-ounce filets--juicy, tender, and practically butter in steak form. But wait--there's more. The lobster tail, which was cooked to perfection, had just the right amount of buttery goodness that made every bite feel like a tiny celebration. This is what luxury tastes like, and honestly, I'm not mad at it. Eddie V's knows how to serve up a meal that's not just delicious, but also an experience. From the first sip of the Hope Diamond to the last bite of lobster tail, this is a place where your taste buds can take a luxurious vacation. I'll definitely be back for more.

Came here for a birthday celebration. I hadn't been to Las Olas for a long time it was really worth the drive from Kendall. It's decorated like a typical Steakhouse with dark wood & soft lighting. The wine storage shelves were very impressive. I was surprised that they had a Happy Hour menu on a Sunday. The drinks were very creative & delicious. The service was impeccable. I had the crab cake & lollipop lamb chops. The crab cake was the best I've ever had. Not much breading but all crab!!! The lamb chops delicious but I did miss the Chanterelle mushrooms, though. Calamari is not usually my favorite but here it was very good with a hint of spicy sauce. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be back!!

This is going to be short and sweet. I've reviewed Eddie V's numerous times and it still Gets 5 starts. From the service, to the ambiance to the food. It doesn't get any better than this. The cocktails are perfectly made and the Happy Hour specials are divine. We went for a birthday dinner and I'll let the pictures tell you the tail! Kudos to the fabulous Danielle for making our experience that much more special. You're amazing!! See you soon Eddie V's!!

**Amazing Birthday Experience!** So I went here for my birthday with a few friends, and overall, it was such a great experience. We didn't wait too long, maybe around 15 minutes. Originally, I could only book an outside reservation, but I wanted to be inside, and they were super accommodating in finding us a spot inside. My tip: when they call to confirm your reservation, ask about changing your seating, as they'll make a note to offer you an inside spot if one becomes available. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing! Our waitress, Juliana, was so kind and gave us great recommendations for both food and drinks. The atmosphere was really nice--packed, but it had such a great vibe. The jazz band really set the tone, and the place was very clean. I had the salmon, South African lobster tail, crab fried rice, and a Lemon Drop cocktail--everything was amazing. My friends shared a steak with mashed potatoes, crab fried rice, and yellowtail appetizer. And because it was my birthday, they brought out a banana foster butter cake with double chocolate cookies--so sweet! They do accommodate allergies, which was great to hear. Just a heads-up, most of the side dishes are à la carte, so keep that in mind when ordering. I'll definitely be coming back--beautiful restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere and service.

We wanted a nice girls' dinner, so Eddie V's felt like the move. On Saturday night, we walked into a packed house and were told they were fully booked. Just as we were about to figure out another plan, two bar seats opened up--perfect timing. Honestly, I love sitting at the bar anyway, so it all worked out. Even with the weekend rush, the service was flawless. We started with the steak tartare, which is prepared tableside--even at the bar. It's as incredible as I remembered from a previous visit--easily the best I've had anywhere. For my main, I went with the lobster tacos appetizer, and it was loaded with lobster. The portion was more than enough to fill me up. My friend got the filet, a classic that's always a hit, and I snagged a bite of her lobster mashed potatoes--so rich and flavorful, just wow. I haven't made it in for happy hour yet, which runs Sunday through Thursday, but it looks fantastic and is definitely on my radar. Eddie V's delivered exactly the experience we were looking for--great food, excellent service, and an upscale yet welcoming vibe.
